How do I update my payment info?
If your subscription payment is managed through PayPal, you must update your payment method(s) within PayPal.
If you use a credit or debit card for your subscription, you can sign into your Customer Hub with ThriveCart here.
- Enter the email address you used to login to Dollar Teachers Club.
- You will receive an email from ThriveCart email address accounts@thrivecart.email with subject "Update info / view purchase history" that includes your private link to access your Customer Hub. The email should arrive within a few minutes, so check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it within a few minutes.
- From the Customer Hub, click "Update my info" and then "Edit" in the Your Payment Info section.
